Triathlon Alberta is the governing body for triathlon and multisport in the province of Alberta. 

Triathlon Alberta is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position (35 hours / week). The position will be based in Edmonton, AB and will be for 16 weeks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Website updates

  • AG world spots confirmations

  • Club championship points table updates

  • Event registrations for annual and day membership confirmations

  • Building out any registrations in CCN Bikes

  • Helping out with events for social media

  • Criminal Record checks/Respect in sport checks

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.

  • Computer skills in MS Office and Google are required.

  • Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Vulnerable sector check
